Tax Cuts Lead to Higher Growth Rates. Yes, I have said this before. Many times. But this is a new study confirming the effect. A one per cent cut in marginal taxe rates will raise annual growth by 0,6 per cent the following year. This is highly relevant for countries such as my own, with very high marginal taxes.
