Happy Birthday...! Today, it is one year since I started this web log (and since then, even I have become used to the word "blog"). It has been an exciting year in many respects, and the blog has exceeded my expectations. The number of visitors has risen steadily and is now at least 1000 a day, often more. This has been a good way to gather and spread articles, speeches and publications. It has also proven a great way to do quick comments on hot issues. Many people - including leaders of political parties, business leaders, economic analysts and some journalists - from various countries, but mostly Sweden, tell me they find munkhammar.org useful. It is much like one′s own editorial page. I look forward to another year with - hopefully - even more people finding the facts and analysis presented here useful and thus a year with even more impact on the debate.
