Johnny Munkhammar, Managing Director, oversees all client accounts. Projects are staffed through a network of researchers and other experts. Members of the Advisory Board may provide counsel on specific matters, drawing on their vast experience and broad knowledge.

Mr. Munkhammar is an analyst and commentator specialised in political and economic affairs (CV). He is affiliated with several institutes, including Centre for European Policy Analysis, Timbro and European Enterprise Institute. Mr. Munkhammar holds a Masters Degree from Uppsala University, Sweden, where he majored in political science and minored in economics and economic history.

Previously, Mr. Munkhammar has served as a senior adviser at the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise, leader writer at several local daily newspapers in Sweden, as well as a partner at a public affairs firm. He has co-operated with international, national and local governmental bodies, large organisations and corporations on a range of projects.

The Guide to Reform is the most recent of Mr. Munkhammar’s five books. The latest preceding book, European Dawn, attracted substantial international attention. He has additionally contributed to numerous books, including 2007 Index of Economic Freedom, and to a range of studies and policy papers.

Mr. Munkhammar is a sought-after speaker and panellist, appearing at conferences, corporations and universities across Europe and the United States (selected lectures). A frequent commentator and contributor to broadcast and print media, Mr. Munkhammar has also published hundreds of op-eds in leading publications (selected articles).
